Description of our house!
Our house has a nice sized great room that connects to the dining room and kitchen. We have 3 bedrooms upstairs, and a full bathroom. The basement is finished and also has a full bathroom.
The backyard, however, is it's best selling feature (at least it is what sold us, next to the pergo flooring)
The house is located really close to a development with lots of chain stores, but you can not tell! The trees create a barrier from the noise and all other evidence that they are there! Next summer we plan on tearing out the brick patio and building a deck. I can see spending cool summer evenings sipping on drinks while enjoying this back yard!
